Atticus Hotel

Atticus is a luxury Hotel located in the middle of historic downtown McMinnville. It has 36 rooms which all have independent temperature control with Daikin Heat Pumps. The corridors are conditioned with a DOAS unit (Dedicated Outdoor Air System) that optimizes the air being exhausted from the building and recovers the heat with any fresh air brought in. The first floor features a Daikin VRF system that uses both ducted and ceiling cassette units to condition the common spaces. The restaurant is equipped with a dual Type I welded exhaust hood and exposed spiral duct.
