Project: Mark Spencer Hotel
This HVAC project for Mark Spencer Hotel is a fresh air ventilation system. We engineered and designed it to provide conditioned fresh air to all guest rooms and suites. The project includes 6 story vertical shafts, a modular packaged unit with Carrier heat pumps and a 1st floor energy recovery system.
